Terms of Service

These terms govern use of moneyyoureowed.com and its content, free resources, and digital products. Contact: hello@moneyyoureowed.com.

Educational content only

Everything published and sold is for general education. It is not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice, and creates no client or advisory relationship. Laws and rules change and vary by state and situation. Check current official sources and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

No guarantee of results

Materials show where money may be owed and how to pursue it, but cannot guarantee recovery of any specific amount or any amount at all.

DenialFix boundaries

DenialFix is self-help organization software. It identifies candidate text patterns and assembles user-entered material; it does not determine insurance coverage, calculate contractual or legal deadlines, value or negotiate a claim, act as a public adjuster, provide legal advice, or represent a purchaser. Purchasers must verify every extracted quote and reference against the original documents and current policy/state requirements.

Digital products and license

A purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. Files and content may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or publicly shared.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change; the checkout price applies. Stripe processes payments securely.

Refunds

Money You're Owed digital products, including Deposit Defender, carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email hello@moneyyoureowed.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund—no questions asked. This refund policy does not guarantee any recovery outcome.

Affiliate links and third parties

Some production links may be affiliate links. Official and third-party links are provided for convenience; their content and availability are outside our control.

Intellectual property and liability

Content and products belong to Money You're Owed or its licensors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”; nothing limits liability that cannot be limited or affects statutory consumer rights.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales without removing mandatory protections where you live. Updates will change the date on this page.

Clear limits are part of a useful product.
