Who we are

Money You're Owed publishes educational content about US consumer finance and sells related digital products at moneyyoureowed.com. Contact: hello@moneyyoureowed.com.

What we collect

If you sign up for a free resource or newsletter, we collect the email address and any name you provide. If you buy a digital product, we collect the name, email, and order details needed to deliver it. Stripe processes card payments; we do not see or store your full card number. The service also uses basic, non-identifying analytics.

How we use it

To send a requested resource, newsletters and occasional related offers; process, deliver and support purchases, including refunds; and improve the site. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.

DenialFix document privacy

The DenialFix buyer workspace processes imported or pasted claim documents in the purchaser's browser. Document contents are not sent to Money You're Owed, Stripe, Resend, MailerLite, Cloudflare analytics, or an AI service. If the purchaser chooses “Save to this device,” the workspace stores the record in that browser's local storage. Exported HTML or JSON files are saved to the purchaser's device. Purchasers control those local copies and should redact sensitive identifiers before importing or sharing them.

Who we share it with

The production service uses MailerLite for email-list storage and marketing, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, and Cloudflare for hosting, email routing, and cookieless analytics. Their terms apply. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices and rights

Unsubscribe through a marketing email or request access or deletion by emailing hello@moneyyoureowed.com. We honor applicable rights under US state privacy laws and the UK/EU GDPR.

AI assistant connector

The production service publishes a free public MCP endpoint at mcp.moneyyoureowed.com for read-only lookups. It requires no account, does not store questions, and processes source IP transiently for abuse rate-limiting. It cannot purchase or change data. See Connect your AI assistant.

Cookies, payments, affiliates, and children

Production analytics are described as cookieless; minimal cookies may be used where necessary for secure checkout. Stripe processes payments. Some production links may be affiliate links, which may earn a commission at no extra cost. Content is for adults; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
