Deposit Defender privacy.

Your dispute details stay in your browser. The app sends only checkout and entitlement requests; it does not upload names, addresses, deductions, evidence, analysis, or generated letter text.

Information entered in the app

Dispute details—such as names, addresses, dates, and deductions—are processed locally in the browser to produce the analysis and letter. A local browser snapshot may temporarily preserve the analysis while you visit Stripe checkout so the app can resume after payment. You can clear it through your browser’s site-data controls.

Payment and email

When you choose the $29 letter builder, your checkout email is sent to Stripe to create the Hosted Checkout Session and may be added to the Money You're Owed checkout-start group in MailerLite. Stripe processes payment; purchase confirmation and access information may be delivered through Resend. We do not receive your full card number.

Usage data

Cloudflare provides hosting, security, and basic service logs. The Hallmark Deposit Defender routes do not load the Meta Pixel.

Local output

The generated letter exists in the page DOM. Copy, print, and text-file download happen locally at your request. The letter content is not sent to our server.

Third parties

Stripe, MailerLite, Resend, and Cloudflare process the limited information described above under their own policies. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights and contact

For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, email hello@moneyyoureowed.com. Applicable rights depend on your location and the data held by us or our processors.

Children and changes

The service is not directed to children under 18. Policy updates should change the displayed date.

Local inputs should stay local unless the product clearly says otherwise.
